This new centre is going to provide the local community with access to kindergarten services, Maternal and Child Health services, community meeting spaces and more.
Wyndham City Mayor and Healthy City Portfolio holder Cr Adele Hegedich said construction on the new community centre was slated for early 2022, with the centre due to open its doors in early 2024.
“Once complete, this centre will provide the growing Truganina community with a range of important services and programs close to home,” Cr Hegedich said.
“Wyndham City has been working closely with the community and service providers to help shape the purpose, design and operation of this community centre.”
