it s not clear, as i said, what tools it has at its disposal. it will bring a lot of harm to the u.s. economy which is basically the only thing trump has going for him now. his approval ratings have been under water consistently. there are threats of impeachment and lots of subpoenas of his financial records. the u.s. economy is the only thing keeping him afloat yet he seems intent on destroying it. the u.s. economy is about to set a record. he s trying to break the economy. senators say they hope, and right now they are betting on the fact the president is just bluffing. do you think that s true? i think trump has gotten more pushback for the tariffs from republicans in particular than he was expecting because republicans know if, in fact, the tariffs go through, it will endanger lots of sectors that are critical for republicans re-election chances. if trump destroys the
