Professor Gary McEwan, CEO of Elevator – the largest private sector provider of business support in Scotland – outlines the organisation s new focus on his home town of Glasgow and how his ambition is to inspire a new generation of business trailblazers. Targeting Innovation was founded in 1993 to support the development of new technology. Bosses labelled it a “landmark moment” in the history of the consultancy which help the firm face future challenges. George Boag, chief executive at Targeting Innovation, said: “2021 will have its own challenges – COVID recovery and Brexit, therefore business support and the entrepreneurial landscape is going to be crucial; everything will be underpinned by a strong economy.” The deal will bring Elevator’s trajectory to over 100 as the firm continue to grow across Scotland.
