Shareholders for both Terminix and Rentokil Initial voted to approve the previously announced agreement for Rentokil Initial to acquire Terminix. Rentokil also announced that as part of the merger Brett Ponton has been appointed CEO of its North America region, while John Myers has been appointed CEO of the US Pest Control business, reporting to Ponton.
Companies will exhibit and hold sessions at the American Mosquito Control Association annual meeting, which will be held Feb. 28 – March 4, in Jacksonville, Fla.
