The original Party Fowl opened in The Gulch at 719 Eighth Ave. S. and has since been joined by locations in Donelson, Murfreesboro, Cool Springs and Chattanooga.
12South space prepped for NYC retailer
Work is set to begin in 12South for the future space of New York-based upscale clothing retailer Faherty.
As the
Post reported in late March, the business will take the space previously home to Trim Classic Barber & Legendary Beauty, with a summer opening eyed. The address of the shop, located next to Taqueria del Sol, is 2315 12th Ave. S.
Located at
1204 Elmwood Ave., the 0.26-acre property accommodates a small, one-story office building. It sits next to the building housing Taqueria del Sol and Trim Classic Barber and Legendary Beauty.
Nashville-based Josh Joseph is the new owner. The founder and CEO of Big Plan Holdings, Joseph is a commercial real estate developer and investor with almost 25 year of experience.
An LLC affiliated with Erin Baler and Allen Baler were the sellers of the property, having paid $2.25 million for it in April 2016, according to Metro records. The Balers also own 4Patriots, which sells emergency equipment and supplies and now operates from Berry Hill after having recently left the 1965-constructed 5,000-square-foot building on Elmwood.
