樂亮管絃樂團前身為樂亮青少年絃樂團，2017年擴大編制為管絃樂團。團隊多年來致力於提攜栽培青少年音樂家，亦曾於2019年奪得維也納SCL國際青少年絃樂團比賽第二名，高水準專業演出廣受好評。樂亮管弦樂團也致力於音樂創新，積極推廣校園巡迴、社區、公益慈善音樂會等，長期耕耘藝文累積了豐碩成果，從2020年起已連續二年入選桃園市傑出演藝團隊。 維也納 One Future 世界管絃樂團音樂節，演出團隊來自全球四大洲33個國家，超過140個樂團在youtube線上接力演出，桃園的樂亮管絃樂團是唯一代表臺灣參加的演出團隊。此次音樂節設有評審機制，黃瀚民團長率領桃園青少年為主的樂亮成員報名「成人組」參賽，挑戰技巧難度高且為音樂會固定壓軸曲目：柴科夫斯基《1812序曲》以測試團員實力。最後團隊也不負期望，在維也納時間6月26日晚間閉�
