The Bergman farm was a beehive of activity on the Father’s Day weekend, when the entire family was together for the first time in a year and a half. Fifteen souls gathered for long overdue family pictures. Everyone had a great time despite the fact that the kitchen sink drain in the house plugged completely, leaving the kitchen sink unusable. Then when several members went into the bale shed, they found that a skunk had been caught in the live trap there. He was none too happy to see the intruders, so you know what he did! As a result there could be no bales for the family photo shoot and an aroma of eau du skunk permeated the yard! The poor dog, happy to see his family home, was the outcast as no one wanted him to come near them! Trailers dotted the yard and it truly was a campout at home on the farm, because even the dishes had to be washed in pans outdoors.
