The Battambang Appeal Court has upheld the decision of the provincial court which sentenced journalist Kao Piseth, who publicly criticised the use of a Chinese-made vaccine, to two years in jail. The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) and its affiliate, the Cambodian Journalists Alliance Association (CamboJA), condemn the verdict against Piseth and call on the authorities to release the journalist immediately.
