Fort Smith s own JD Clayton dropped a new single this week, "High Hopes & Low Expectations," co-written with Kendell Marvel. Clayton is currently on tour with another River Valley favorite, Tanner Usery, and is planning to release a new album this summer. Clayton spent 2023 playing big festivals like Bonnaroo and touring with the likes of Dwight Yoakam, Old Crow Medicine Show, Hank Williams Jr. and fellow Arkansan Ashley McBryde, among others.
