VOORHEES - An armed robber fled with a large amount of cash taken from a bank vault here Monday.
The bandit struck shortly after 11 a.m. at the Fulton Bank at Haddonfield-Berlin and Somerdale roads, according to the Camden County Prosecutor s Office.
A teller told police the robber carried a handgun and a tan backpack into the vault area.
Surveillance photos show the man wearing black and white New Balance sneakers, black pants with two thin, white stripes down the sides, and a black camo hoodie, the prosecutor s office said.
It did not say how much money was taken.
