Officers say an 18yearold man was walking near palmer and clarke around 9 30 when he heard several gunshots. And then realized hed been survive. Police are searching for a suspect. And they say this is the car lincoln mks or mkz. They say someone in this 4door sedan fired shots at another vehicle at near i43 and hampton. The suspect car then exited at hampton headed east.
