Under the lights on Friday, September 16th, the Circleville Tigers hosted the Logan Elm Braves in what was named the Backyard Brawl, a classic MSL rivalry game.

The Miami Trace Panthers saw their season come to a close Thursday night by the hands of the (16-1) Logan Elm Braves in the Division II Sectional Championship.
The first half was a struggle for Miami Trace as they only made four shots, and Logan Elm’s persistent defense and and sharp shooting from the three-point line proved to be overwhelming at times. The Braves led by 10 after the first quarter and 15 at the half. The smaller Braves were able to get multiple second chances as they out rebounded Trace, 16-8, including six offensive boards and knocking down five three’s in the half. Logan Elm led 26-11 at halftime.
