Tanma Ramen Tavern Quietly Opens in Midtown Kingston

It seems like forever since rumors first started circulating that the chef-owner of erstwhile Japanese restaurant Gomen Kudasai was planning a ramen bar for Midtown Kingston. It took over three years, but Tanma Ramen Tavern is finally open to the public with a steaming bowls of soul-warming ramen, made with housemade, organic, pastured bone broth (or vegan broth), and a concise menu of from-scratch appetizers, including Gomen-famous gyoza and hiyayakko.
