KUALA LUMPUR: More states in Peninsular Malaysia have received their supply of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine, Comirnaty, on the second day of the first phase of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme.
Negri Sembilan, Kedah, Melaka, Kelantan, Perak, Pahang and Perlis received the vaccine supply on Wednesday.
The immunisation programme started on Wednesday with Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin being the first to receive his jab.
In Kedah, a DHL lorry carrying 2,340 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine arrived safely at 12.40pm yesterday at the Integrated Pharmacy Logistics Unit store of the Langkawi Health Office at the Air Hangat Clinic.
