Kota Kinabalu: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) Vice President Datuk Arthur Sen said the GRS Government had taken necessary measures in dealing with the electricity tariffs paid to customers in the State.
In the November 1999 federal election, PBS only managed 3 parliamentary seats, a far cry from the 8 seats that it won in 1995 and 14 in 1990. The 3 seats were in Bandau (Dr Max), Tanjong Aru (Dr Yee Moh Chai) and Tan Sri Pairin (Keningau). The trio was seen as the Flagship Carrier of PBS.
