Ireland is set for a gradual reopening of society as lockdown measures are slowly eased in the coming weeks and months.
The next changes are expected as soon as Monday as government leaders are meeting to finalise plans for next month and beyond.
Taoiseach Micheal Martin and his Cabinet are due to make a final decision in the middle of next week, with hairdressers, gyms, pubs and non-essential retail all on the agenda.

A RAPID opening of the country would see Covid-19 surge again similarly to the spike in infections seen in December.
Tanaiste Leo Varadkar has suggested there will be no significant easing of lockdown in April, with Government to make a final decision by the end of March.

Some of the tough Level 5 restrictions are expected to ease on April 5, including the 5km travel limit and the allowance of outdoor meetings.
But Tanaiste Varadkar has warned any rapid easing of lockdown would set the country back in its fight against the virus again.

TANAISTE Leo Varadkar has offered to speak to Gardai as part of preliminary inquiries into his leaking of a confidential €210 million GP contract to his associate.
It s also been reported that former Minister for Health Simon Harris has spoken to Gardai about the leak.

In a statement to the Irish Sun, a Garda spokesperson said they have received correspondence on the matter and are determining if any Garda action is required.
