Bloom On Franklin Donations are accepted at this recurring block party, set for the fourth Friday of each month, which extends from Tampa Heights' 'Yellow Brick Row' all the way to Tampa Theatre. Expect a market, food pop ups, live music, art openings all connected by a shuttle that takes you up and down Franklin Street in downtown Tampa.
