On the Howard Frankland bridge and we are told that tow truck driver was stopping to help two people stranded on the side of the road. If youre in a similar situation and youre stuck in the car and need help, there are things you can do to stay safe. First and foremost, the florida Highway Patrol says try to get to the inside lanes or pull off the road as far as you can. If you need to get out, use the passenger door. If youre in an accident, use your cell phone and take pictures of all cars involved.
