Tom Brady appears to want a few more shots at winning another title with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 43-year-old has reportedly agreed to a contract extension with the Super Bowl champs.
Brady and Tampa Bay have reached a deal that ties the quarterback to the Buccaneers through the 2022 NFL season, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports. It’s technically a four-year extension, though the deal can be avoided to a one-year extension.
Last offseason, Tampa Bay signed Brady to a two-year, $50 million contract in free agency. The extension adds another season onto the original deal.
