We have taken a two track approach. One track is to put in fixes to our Current System knowing that is not the solution. My first trip to phoenix, i sat down at the computer screen and worked the scheduling system myself. It really is a green screen. Like we have to make things simpler for veterans, we have to make things simpler for our employees. Putting fixes into the system is the fastest approach.
