It was a routine Stacy Stone had done many times before. Get up in the morning and head out to her car to drive to work. However, to her surprise, the gas tank she had just filled up the day before was suddenly empty. Like hundreds of others in Southern Colorado, Stone fell victim to gas tank drilling.
