Samaria Blackwell was fun-loving, smart and loved to help others, her parents said. She dreamed of being a police officer. Blackwell, 19, was one of eight people shot and killed late Thursday in a mass shooting at the FedEx Ground Plainfield Operations Center. Several more people were injured.  Blackwell started working at FedEx about two months ago, said Matt Barnes, a family friend who is serving as a media contact for the Blackwell family. Barnes is also the Indiana Statehouse chaplain. Her parents, Jeff and Tammi Blackwell, said in a statement released on Saturday afternoon, that they were blessed to have such a fun-loving, caring daughter as the baby of our family.
