Washington Republican Dolly Henley defeated Hope Republican Arnetta Bradford, who is backed by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, in Tuesday’s runoff to win the GOP nomination for a state House seat in southwest Arkansas.
More than 4,800 voters cast ballots during early voting for today s primary runoff election in which there are contested races for three legislative seats and various county offices, mayor and school board posts in 19 of the state s 75 counties.
