Video posted to Twitter shows a woman, 19, slapping at an NYPD officer as he and other cops arrested an attempted murder suspect in Harlem. The officer responded by walloping her in the head. She dropped backward to the pavement. Cops picked her up and arrested her on assault and other charges.
