Robin Radjani Saih was found guilty by Judge Dr. Lim Hock Leng of murdering Fazrin Ibrahim, 30, between 1.20pm and 1.40pm on April 24, 2018 at a junction to Taman Warisan 4, in Lahad Datu. Dr Lim in delivering his decision held that the prosecution had proven its case against Robin beyond reasonable doubt.  ADVERTISEMENT Robin had failed to make out his defence of provocation on a balance of probabilities, and has not cast a reasonable doubt in any other respect, said Dr Lim.

KOTA BHARU: Eighteen temporary flood evacuation centres have been activated in Kelantan to house 456 evacuees from 119 families as of 11 pm tonight, following continuous rain since Wednesday. According to the Social Welfare Department Disaster Info app, three districts affected by heavy rain in Kuala Krai recorded the highest number of evacuees, namely 293 individuals from 59 families with eight evacuation centres activated. In Tanah Merah, 149 evacuees from 40 families were recorded, while in Pasir Mas, 68 evacuees from 20 families were recorded, and both districts currently have two evacuation centres opened to cater to the flood victims.
