Kota Kinabalu: A man posing as a mechanic was arrested on Dec 15 for allegedly stealing 11 bicycles, estimated at RM10,000, here.

City Police Chief ACP Habibi Majinji said the arrest was made following a report lodged by a victim on the loss of two bicycles.
“At 7am on Dec 15, the victim who lived in Taman Sri Gaya found that his two bicycles of the Griffin and Relicus brands parked by the front door of his house were missing.
“Further investigations revealed that the suspect, believed to have entered the house by climbing a two-metre fence and stole the bicycles.
