KUCHING (June 7): A cryptocurrency miner was caught stealing electricity to power his mining activities at a Taman Jelita shophouse in Miri.

PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry has detected eight new Covid-19 clusters nationwide, bringing the total active clusters to 258.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said a cluster involving factory workers in Pasir Gudang, Johor was found to have 42 confirmed positive cases.
He said the cluster, named the Jalan Keluli cluster, was detected from a targeted screening conducted at the factory since Dec 30.
Another cluster, named the Medan Idaman cluster, has been linked to 10 positive cases involving workers of a supermarket in Kuala Lumpur.
Dr Noor Hisham said the Jelita cluster in Miri, Sarawak, was found to be related to eight positive cases so far.
