A detective is claiming alleged Kansas City parade gunman Lyndell Mays confessed to opening fire at the celebration last week, as it s been revealed he has a prior gun conviction.
Lyndell Mays and Dominic Miller are facing charges including murder in the second degree, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon following the shooting last week.
