Three charged after North Battleford police vehicle stop RCMP say three individuals face a number of charges after a police vehicle stop in North Battleford Thursday afternoon. Police stopped and searched a vehicle they believed to be stolen in the 900 block of 109 th Street. There they found two illegally modified firearms, ammunition, cocaine and methamphetamine. Twenty-four-year-old Kane Nicotine and 21-year-old Talia Bear are charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of property obtained by crime and breach of a release order. A youth under 18-years-old is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Battlefords RCMP charge three with firearms offenses SHARE ON: The Battlefords RCMP have charged three people with firearms offences after an arrest Thursday afternoon. On July 29th, the North Battleford Gang Task Force came upon an allegedly stolen vehicle on 109th Street. The people inside were arrested, and during a search, police allegedly seized illegally modified guns, ammo, cocaine and methamphetamine. Two of the suspects, 24-year-old Kane Nicotine and 21-year-old Talia Bear, have been charged with alleged possession of property obtained by crime, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, breach of release order, and multiple firearms offences. Nicotine has also been accused of breach of probation.
