TALENT, Ore. - The Lights on Bikes event has reached the decade mark. The initiative created by a small group of bikers aimed to bring the community together. It evolved significantly, particularly after the Almeda Fire.
Today dozens of people waited in line for the “Empty Bowls” fundraising event at the First Presbyterian Church in Phoenix. It was held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. but the over 240 bowls were sold out within ten minutes of it s opening.
