Abu Dhabi developer Aldar has recorded a 40% jump in its net profit for 2023 which soared to AED4.4 billion ($1.2 billion) and also the highest quarterly development sales in Q4, thus taking the full-year figure to a record AED28 billion ($7.4 billion).
