「筍乾爌肉」料理競賽竹山鎮發「武林帖」迎全台廚師過招 - 生活

南投縣竹山鎮以「竹」聞名，為了推廣竹筍美食，公所特別舉辦「2021竹山好物-筍遇爌肉創意廚藝競賽」，明日10月1日起至10月15日受理報名，冠軍可獲1萬元獎金，歡迎全台廚師一起來比拼、過招﹗ 竹山鎮長陳東睦指出，「竹筍」是竹山鎮最重要的農特產之一，從春筍迄冬筍等各種竹筍都有種植，其中，「筍乾爌肉」是不少人懷念的古早味料理，盼藉此比賽將竹山的筍子行銷出去，加上竹山鮮筍在公所輔導下，也朝生產履歷方向發展，保證讓民眾吃的安心又健康。

南投縣竹山鎮7號計畫道路，公所預計8月10日開始進行施工作業，為了讓居民了解情況，今日在第一公有零售市場1樓舉辦「竹山鎮7號道路新建工程第一期第二次工程說明會」，儘管公所再三強調，一定會減少對民眾的衝擊，但自救會成員仍在會場外拉起白布條，抨擊公所言而無信，一旦房子被拆，叫他們日子這麼過？竹山鎮7號計畫道路，早在1981年經過都市計畫通盤檢討後便敲定開闢，從竹山國中至竹山路全長約768公尺，寬度設計12公尺，土地徵收方面，有28戶已領取補償費，另33戶提存法院；地上物方面，有14戶已領取補償費，另57戶仍提存法院，惟因路線爭議不斷，延宕迄今40年仍未動工。
