We havent looked into this for this particular presentation but i think wages overall are going up. Certainly wages in the tech sector. Supervisor frankly, City Government the wages go up 2 or 3 not by this percentage. Youre seeing a disparity amongst people who have employed by city and county, for example, and people in a private industry which i think has implications also not only for our housing costs but our workforce too. What youre telling me is theres an increase in employment thats come in. Our City Government has basically stayed stable
