富山県高岡市の石油販売会社の社員だった男性（当時58）が精神障害を発症して自殺したのは、会社が適切な労務管理を怠ったためだとして、遺族が9日、会社と当時の社長に慰謝料など計約7500万円の損害賠償を求めて、富山地裁高岡支部に提訴した。
訴状などによると、男性は1996年2月、石油販売会社「丸福石油産業」に入社。2009年4月以降、支店の店舗の運営管理業務を担っていたが、19年10月にうつ病と診断され、その数日後に自殺した。男性に過剰なノルマが課され、亡くなる前月の時間外労働が過労死ライン（月80時間）を超える月104時間だったことから精神障害を発症して自殺したとして、高岡労働基準監督署が昨年7月に労災認定した。
9日に富山市内で会見した男性の長男（31）は、男性の直筆の遺書を紹介。そこには「�
