Happinet Reveals 2nd Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki Anime DVD/BD Release Covers

© Yūki Yaku / Shogakukan / Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki Production The winter 2021 anime adaptation of the Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki manga from Yuki Yaku is having its home video releases handled by Happinet. The distributor has set a six-volume release for the twelve-episode series that comes with two OVAs. Those are spread to the third and fourth volumes with no price increases. With releases beginning on March 3rd, 2021, the DVDs are priced at 5,800 yen while the Blu-rays are priced at 6,800 yen. Funimation Adds Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki For Winter 2021 Anime Lineup

© Yūki Yaku / Shogakukan / Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki Production A new anime adaptation previously got the green light as the Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki manga from Yuki Yaku was announced as in the works last October. The Japanese side just updated with a new promotional video below and confirmation of a January 8th, 2021 debut for it and now Funimation is stepping in to confirm their streaming involvement with it. Funimation will stream the series in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland; on AnimeLab in Australia and New Zealand; and on Wakanim in France, Germany and Scandinavia. Shinsuke Yanagi is directing it based on the scripts overseen by Fumihiko Shimo. Akane Yano is working on the character designs with Project No. 9 handling the animation production.
