Up to 10 citizens of Tajikistan die as result of border conflict with Kyrgyzstan - media
DUSHANBE. April 30 (Interfax) - Eight to ten citizens of Tajikistan have died as a result of the armed conflict on the Tajik-Kyrgyz border, the Tajik media said.
According to the Tajik service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Radio Ozodi (designated as a foreign-agent media outlet in Russia), the armed conflict has killed at least eight citizens of Tajikistan, including three servicemen of the Tajik National Security Committee s Border Forces and five civilians. The radio said they were buried on Friday.
In turn, the Asia Plus news agency reported, citing its sources, that ten Tajik citizens have been killed and over 90 have been injured in the conflict.
