　　近年来，福建实施在闽台湾人才培育工程，加快台湾人才学历、职称、职业资格、学术成果“直接认定”步伐，开展台湾同胞技能人才评价，健全在闽台湾人才政策服务体系；加快厦门、平潭两个人才特区建设，设立34个台湾青年创业基地，目前已入驻企业、机构561家。 　　今年7月，福建省人力资源和社会保障厅印发《关于面向台湾同胞开展职业技能等级认定工作的通知》，积极探索海峡两岸融合发展新路，助力两岸技能人才交流。 　　据福建省人力资源和社会保障厅介绍，符合职业技能等级认定申报条件的台湾同胞，可向全省人社部门公布的各级各类职业技能等级评价机构申请评价，评价合格后由相应评价机构核发职业技能等级证书。评价机构可直接采认车床、铣床、美容等20个职业的台湾地区职业技能资格，并按照《福建省直接采认�
