<p><i> 10 minutes </i></p><p>To build an IP litigation system with a higher level of professionalism, efficiency and consistency with international trends, the Judicial Yuan recently published a draft amendment to the Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Act, proposing a comprehensive review of the adjudication proceedings of IP cases. Covering a wide range of aspects, the draft represents an unprecedented revision to the Act since its implementation more than 14 years ago, and thus should be given particular attention.</p>
