用路人注意！高速公路局在國道3號彰化系統交流道匯入國道1號196.8公里交會處設立的固定式測速照相桿，支架加上主機市價高達上百萬元，已完成驗收，將隨時啟用開抓，速限60公里，超速開罰3000至6000元，國道七隊大隊長李信義呼籲該處高架橋有側風問題，尤其載重車行經環狀匝道時更因放慢車速過彎，以策安全。去年9月一輛化學槽車行經國道3號南下196公里彰化系統匯入國道1號環狀匝道時，失控墜橋爆炸，駕駛慘死，國道七隊向高速公路局反映彰化系統交流道環狀匝道有需要設置測速照相桿需求，相關單位現場勘驗後，為維護環狀匝道行車安全，在196.8公里交會處設置1支固定式測速桿。
