《彭博社》自去年起製作「全球防疫韌性排名」（Covid Resilience Ranking），每月底公布最新結果。台灣五月爆發本土疫情後，從全球第5名退至第15名，28日公布的最新排名中更跌至第44名。對此，立委高虹安昨(28)日在臉書貼文，表示分析最新報告後，認為台灣大幅落後的4個指標分別為「疫苗覆蓋率（People Covered by Vaccines）、單月死亡率（Fatality Rate）、社區封閉（Community Mobility）、恢復國際交流（Vaccinated Travel Routes）」。
