台東縣政府進行道路改善工程，將台東市四維路20餘株老年菩提樹斷頭移植，其中還包括1株種植在台東女中、樹齡逾50年的菩提樹，不少縣民兒時的共同回憶化烏有引民怨；縣議員林參天今（15）日在議會質詢，拉起「砍樹女妖精，大女人手下留樹」抗議白布條，怒斥台東縣長饒慶鈴未與在地里民協商研究，一意孤行施政錯誤；縣府表示，20餘株菩提樹均完善移植，會妥善照護。林參天今極盡挪揄的抨擊饒慶鈴，將饒慶鈴比擬成女妖精，在森林裡戀愛失敗、走出森林後大發脾氣砍光樹，強調四維路要做任何設施，他不阻擋也贊成，要把安全島和路面做得安全，他也無意見，但要砍樹是否曾與當地里民協商研究，原來的商家通道是否應該要保留都要商議，痛斥饒慶鈴做任何情事都不商量，也不研究及探討，種樹是世界潮流，饒慶鈴竟在砍樹，無腦施政�
