I hit rock bottom on the 20th of november 2016. And i will remember that date, because it was the day i went to sleep and it was the first time that i felt that i never wanted to wake up. On the 20th of every month now, i want to set myself little goals that help me keep on the road to recovery. So they include things like starting a tai chi class or doing some yoga. I want to do a sky dive for beat the eating disorder charity. And one day it will be several years of recovery, rather thanjust months.
