Rohingyas get community centre to solve their social problems 292 DHAKA, March 15, 2021(BSS)- In a bid to solve their own social problems, a community centre was opened for Rohingyas at Kutu Palong camp in Ukhiya upazila of Cox’s Bazar district today. Through the centre under the Community-Based Protection (CBP) programme, steps would be taken so that Rohingyas can protect themselves and solve their own social problems themselves, said a press release. Camp-in-charge Kazi Shamim inaugurated the centre at no. 18 camp. BRAC constructed the centre supported by United Nations High Commission for Refugee (UNHCR). The centre will focus on four roles in regard to community centre, information service, community group and community outreach member.
