The suspect was identified as Crisvie Jimena, 32, considered a street-level individual. At 12:55 a.m., Jimena sold suspected shabu worth PHP500 to a poseur-buyer during the operation conducted by the drug enforcement team of Police Station 5, together with the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU). Jimena yielded 16 plastic sachets containing the same prohibited substance, weighing about 40 grams, with an estimated value of PHP 272,000. The
