For 35 years, Richmond has hosted one of the largest tattoo conventions in the country with the promise of hundreds of the best-of-the-best artists and unique designs only offered at the event.
Everyone is invited to join in on the timed 5k and one-mile dog jog on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The afternoon Block Party will feature live music, entertainment, beer, and wine.
