Toronto police are turning to the public for help in a fatal motor vehicle investigation involving a cyclist who was struck by two drivers and died in hospital Monday evening.
A 16-year-old girl has been arrested and charged in connection with a suspected hate-motivated assault of a rideshare driver over the weekend, according to Toronto police.
