Bowles, Bettie Henley, age 83, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family in Henrico, Va. on Sunday May 28, 2023, after a courageous fight with pancreatic cancer. Bettie’s family, friends and colleagues will cherish their memories of happy times with her for many years to come. Bettie was proud to be part of
