ePlus Sales Down, Exec Compensation Stable
ePlus Technology, a Herndon, Va.-based solution provider, reported that total compensation for each of its top three executives stayed around the same as the previous year as company revenue declined slightly, according to a regulatory filing Monday.
CEO Mark Marron topped the list with total compensation of $3.8 million, which included base salary of $800,000, stock awards of $1.8 million and other perks, according to the proxy filing.
