eliminate voting on campuses, anywhere students can get access. morgan state university we don t have a polling place on campus, we have one nearby. why are republicans convinced that limiting access to i mean there are young republicans. there are young republicans across the country. you have turning point. why are they so obsessed with making sure campuses aren t places you can vote? republicans believe when there s a level playing field there s more of our side than there is theirs so there s been a deliberate effort going back now for the last couple of years to systemically go after what they perceive to be democratic strong holds and make it tougher for our side to vote, participate in the democratic process. the reality is the new voters in this country are more progressive than the generation who came before it. they are a group of people that came around when guess what being gay wasn t a crime or sin, when diversity is something embraced and talked about and welcome. whe

administration. i always take responsibility for whatever happens and this is an area i have a particular concern with. this predates my presidency when i was in the senate. i was on the veterans affairs committee. i heard first hand veterans who were not getting the kinds of services and benefits that they earned. i pledged that if i had privilege of serving as commander in chief and president, that we would fix it. the va is a big organization that has had problems for a very long time and in some cases management problems and in some cases funding problems. and so what we tried to do is systemically go after problems that we were aware of and fix them. and where we have seen our veterans not being properly served whether it was too many homeless veterans or a disability claims process taking too long, we would go at it and chip away at it and fix it.
