Oddo, 40, bought the building at Jefferson Avenue and Elm Street in February 2020.
He has spent over $250,000 to renovate and remodel it and has moved his software company there. The business had been at 2633 W. College Road.
His company, Market Maker, develops software for real estate agents who want to connect with those who go online to look at homes for sale.
Oddo, who grew up in Lake of the Ozarks, is a former real estate agent.
